Aquelas que sobrevivem, sofrem diversas fraturas durante toda a vida e não crescem como as crianças normais, se tornando pequenas e bem deformadas. Porém, as capacidades mental e motora dessas pessoas não são alteradas.
A doença deixou o jovem Sparsh na cadeira de rodas, mas isso não afetou o seu espírito.
Ele encontrou a sua paixão na música e já escreveu 10 letras. Mas foi o seu cover (sem palavrões) da música “Not Afraid” do Eminem, misturado com música clássica Indiana, que chamou a atenção de mais de 2 milhões de pessoas nas redes sociais e conseguiu um grande destaque.
Sparsh, que vive em Iselin, é embaixador do Hospital de St. Jude e participa em várias performances de caridade. Ele faz parte também do National Honor Society.
